The continuous growth of the Dalekovod Group in recent years is the result of successfully delivered projects, the trust of investors and the dedication of its employees. Recognising that people are the key to long-term success, the Management Board has declared 2026 the Year of Excellence. The initiative aims to recognise, promote and reward outstanding examples of performance, collaboration, communication and professional conduct, while further strengthening a culture of excellence across the Dalekovod Group. The campaign began with an employee survey asking, “What does excellence mean to you?”, with the responses serving as the foundation for defining excellence within Dalekovod. It encompasses responsible and conscientious execution of tasks, delivering high-quality work within agreed deadlines, continuous professional development, effective use of knowledge and experience, and a strong sense of personal accountability. As part of the initiative, seven pillars of excellence have been established to guide internal activities throughout the year. Employees will have the opportunity to nominate colleagues, teams and projects that exemplify excellence, while their achievements and success stories will be shared across the Group to encourage knowledge sharing, mutual recognition and the continued development of a positive organisational culture. At the end of the year, individuals and teams whose contributions have had the greatest impact on promoting excellence across the Dalekovod Group will be recognised and rewarded.
